Subex is a focused developer of telecom software for a variety of applications like operations support systems, billing & customer care, IP networking, revenue assurance etc. The ODC for Agilent will develop software to enhance the features and functionalities of one of the product ranges for drive test in a mobile network.  "This customer acquisition is proof of our expertise in the telecom domain, as we will be implementing solutions covering the entire spectrum from concept to delivery', said Mr. Subash Menon, the Managing Director of Subex. In a separate development, Subex has also announced the expansion of its' ODC for CBill, Inc. of USA. CBill, a company based out of Los Angeles in California, is engaged in the development and marketing of billing and customer care software for both wireless and wireline applications. Subex, which had set up an ODC for CBill in July of this year, develops web centric billing applications specifically for the wireless world.   "Subex appealed to us based on their expertise in telecom software development", said Mr. Randal P. Thompson, General Manager, CBill.  "We initially went through a trial phase and confirmed the relationship after a successful demonstration of the software developmental abilities of Subex", said Mr. Thompson.
